HUBER Screw Press Q-Press onsite demonstration at the Richmond WWTP week of June 12
Each year, we make a point to provide hands-on demonstrations of our highest demand and most innovative equipment. We are looking forward to another busy year for our manufactuers demo fleets. Just this spring, we have onsite demos for pipe assessment with Red Zone Robotics, biological filtration with Suez's FERAZUR, and screw press dewatering with Huber Technologies. We plan these demonstrations as a great way for our clients to see first-hand how our equipment works. Further, these onsite demonstrations show how HESCO, and the equipment we represent, sets the standard for excellence and will exceed your expectations.
The week of June 12, we will be running a pilot of Huber Technologies Screw Press Q-Press at the Richmond WWTP. The ROTAMAT® Screw Press RoS 3Q consists of a conical screw shaft and cylindrical sieves that contains three treatment zones: a three-part thickening and dewatering zone, a press zone with pneumatic counter-pressure cone as well as an inlet and drive zone. Its features include minimal wear and noise, established sludge residence time, less filter resistance, insensitivity to rough material via extensive gap between the sieve and screw conveyor, zero permanent cleaning, reduced wash water and energy consumption, permanent movement of filter cake in addition to elevated dewatering degrees with fibrous sludge. It also incorporates a pneumatically controlled pressure cone system.
