Glenn graduated from Michigan State University in 1990, with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He started working in the water and wastewater fields as a intern in 1988. After graduating MSU he joined McNamee Porter & Seeley as a design engineer working on drinking water treatment and distribution, and wastewater treatment and collection projects. Glenn also worked on the Rouge River National Wet Weather Demonstration Project which was a massive EPA funded program focused on improving the water quality within the Rouge River watershed, which encompasses areas of three counties, and 48 communities including metro Detroit. This demonstration program led to a profound improvement of the Rouge River water quality, and paved the way for many watershed improvement and CSO projects that followed across the country.

Steve Darwin joined HESCO in 2024. He last served as the Business Group CFO at Tenneco where he was responsible for financial activities for the Global Clean Air segment. Prior to Tenneco, Darwin spent just shy of a decade with Johnson Controls, Inc. in multiple roles of increasing responsibility and last served as the Vice President of Finance for the Power Solutions Segment.   Darwin started his early career in public accounting and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota.

Dave has worked for HESCO since 2001 and served as our Field Service Manager before being promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2024. Dave oversees and manages all aspects of our business operations including our equipment and facility, and leads our Project Management and Field Services teams. Dave has a degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Policy.

Rich Skradski joined HESCO’s leadership team as VP of Sales and Marketing in 2024. Rich has a chemical engineering degree and an impressive 28-year history in the water and wastewater industry in various roles. Most recently he was the NE Regional Manager for Teledyne Isco, focused on sampling and flow metering projects.

Heather Walker began working for HESCO in 2001 in Project Management and Inside Sales. She transitioned to Outside Technical Sales in 2018. She primarily handles flow control sales. Previously, Heather was the purchasing and expediting manager for an automotive supplier in Windsor, ON. Heather graduated from St. Clair College in Windsor, ON with a certificate for Legal Assistant.

Mitchell serves our inside sales leader and also is responsible for annual calibrations and Industrial Pre-Treatment Systems sales.  Mitchell is a Graduate of Florida Southern University and has worked for HESCO since leaving college.

Zachery joined HESCO in 2024. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 2022 with an Engineering degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering.  He spent the first few years of his career as a project manager for Filtra Systems serving a variety of automotive customers. 

Prior to joining HESCO, Tannaz worked as an IT auditor for the oil and gas industry, a Finance Director for the manufacturing sector, and a Financial Controller for public accounting since 2002. Her background in software engineering for her bachelor’s degree and accounting for her master’s degree gives her a unique viewpoint on every task. Tannaz has expertise in all facets of accounting and finance packages, including budgeting, forecasting, ERP platform setup, and internal control process establishment.
